We are a small company based in the heart of the Dedham Vale and we use the land around us to make first class terrines and pates. We are foragers and every week we go out foraging and come back to our country kitchen to make our produce.
Our smokehouse provides a traditional method of curing food and we are proud to produce some of the finest products available. All of our food is seasonal and we aim to source as much produce as we can ourselves. Here we aim to provide information about us and about what we are doing and where we are going to be.Produce can also be ordered from our online shop and delivered direct to your door.
